I cannot recommend Dan enough. A true stand-out when it comes to integrity, business acumen, and a trusted advisor. This is coming from someone who's spent a lot of time working with other realtors in their career.I knew of another realtor prior to contacting Dan, but she was very pushy, which turned me off. Through a recommendation, I contacted Dan and it was the right choice. Dan does not push you at all to buy a home, he doesn't rush you to look at more homes, and will let you know if a home isn't worth buying for a specific price (which he has done several times for me).He's very honest about everything and only gives advice he takes himself. Any questions I had were answered promptly, even in the wee hours of the night (sorry Dan)! He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I'm new to buying a house, I never learned the whole process, but Dan and his connections, made it as simple as possible.Because of Dan, my fiance and I were able to buy the home of our dreams for a price that we honestly should have been beaten out on.
